WOW - what some great use of color can do!!  This is our newly remodeled 15 cinema theater in Portsmouth New Hampshire - doesn't it look just great with those splashy fun colors??  I think it does, and I love what they did!

This theater is the Regal Cinema 15 Theater, located at Fox Run Crossings in Newington New Hampshire.  Newington actually is a tiny town whose commercial development areas are usually mistaken for being in Portsmouth.  That's okay - we'll claim them!

 

 

In addition to this lively and inviting exterior makeover, Regal Cinemas now offers some great young family programs as well,  As a way to entice a new audience, Regal Cinemas here in Portsmouth NH began focusing on young couples and couples with young children who don't typically go to the movies. 

This fun newly remodeled theater now offers showings of movies designed specifically for parents and young children, and they're calling this series the "Regal Babyflix".  They're apparently quite successful with this series as it offers a more comfortable setting for families with young children.  They've done this in other parts of the country, and now it's being offered here in Portsmouth New Hampshire as well.

This new program features select movies every Tuesday before 1pm, and families are encouraged to bring their babies and young kids to see these newly released movies that they might not otherwise be able to see.  Parents don't have to worry about their kids bothering others, since the theater will have plenty of other families with kids there as well.       

The lobby will feature parking areas for strollers, as well as a casual atmosphere for parents to interact with other parents.  In addition to the "Babyflix" series, Regal is also working with the local police and other child safety groups to offer services that families might be interested in - car seat safety, child fingerprinting, etc.

Regal Theaters have great bargain pricing daily on their matinees, for those fortunate to be able to take in a movie or two during the day.  And if you happen to be a member of the Regal Crown Club, small popcorns are on the house on Tuesdays.

 

The colors of this theater are what drew my eye, and then I found out about the offerings they had, so I just had to write about it!  If you're in Portsmouth NH or any of the surrounding areas, stop by and check it out - I guarantee the new colors will have you in a happy mood in no time at all!
