Activity has picked up since the first of the year, and we're seeing buyers
in all price ranges and for both homes and condos in Portsmouth and the Seacoast
areas in general getting back in the market.
Buyers are recognizing that this is a great time to buy real estate in the
Seacoast areas of both NH and Maine. The terrific mortgage interest rates we've got right now are
basically too good to not take advantage of, if you're in the real estate
