Whats the situation in seacoast properties segment? I believe now is the time for many families to buy a second house and I believe seacoast is the best place for it. Here in Canada are two popular types  of weekend houses - forrest cottages and seacoast houses, despite having such cold climate. I like the seacoast houses more, because they usually have lovely original architecture, as I can see from your pictures too.

Hi West Toronto REALTOR - (is this Jill?),

I agree with you that now is a terrific time to buy all types of properties, if buyers are in the market. Purchases of second homes now makes great sense - there are some great buys to be had, and being right here on the coast makes this a wonderful location choice.

Wonderful architectural variety makes an area so much more interesting, and I'm sure I'd love your seacoast houses for that reason, just as you do. That's one of the things many who live here love - no cookie cutter developments.

Thanks for reading and commenting!
