Q. Why does your real estate work stand out from others who do what you do in New Hampshire?
A. Ann and I study constantly to learn new things and stay on the cutting edge of real estate as well as stay sharp on the basics. Additionally we not only sell real estate in the New Hampshire Seacoast and southern Maine area, we live there too which gives us an intimate knowledge of the area others may not have.
Q. What do you like most about your job in real estate?
A. Meeting all different kinds of people and helping them buy or sell real estate. We also enjoy the challenges of marketing all types of real estate for sale.
First time buyers are very satisfying to us. It's always a heartwarming feeling to hand someone the keys to their first house and watch the smiles and expressions of joy spread across their faces.
