The Seacoast area of New Hampshire is comprised of a number of small towns, both right along the coast and just inland a little ways.  We have a 'long' 17-18 mile long coastline on the Atlantic Ocean, and the towns right along the coast are Seabrook, Hampton Beach, Hampton, North Hampton, Rye, Portsmouth, and New Castle.  The 'inland' Seacoast towns are Newington, Stratham, Greenland, Exeter, Newfields, Durham, and Dover.  There are a few other towns that are sometimes referred to as being part of the Seacoast, but these are the towns that are heart of the NH Seacoast area.

There are presently 101 homes and 172 condos for sale in Hampton NH.

- Homes prices range from $149,000 to $1,795,000
- Condos prices range from $79,900 to $950,000
- Pending sales for homes - 4
- Pending sales for condos - 5
- Homes sold for January - 6
- Condos sold for January - 2
- Sold prices for homes ranged from $230,000 to $415,000
- Sold prices for condos ranges from $110,000 to $224,000

Stratham NH Homes | Stratham NH Condos

Stratham New Hampshire real estate activity for this past year, 2007, remained about the same level as we saw in 2006. 


There were fewer homes that came up for sale, but just about the same number of homes sold in both years, and it took just about the same amount of time to sell in both years as well.  Condos in Stratham fared about same 2007 as they did in 2006.
