Portsmouth NH Homes Condos Real Estate

Residential real estate here in Portsmouth NH varies greatly, from small cottages (both year-round and seasonal) to single family homes to multi-family properties to condos to mobile homes.  All of these come in all shapes and sizes, too!

Condos here in Portsmouth began to become a popular lifestyle in the late 1980's, and that's when we saw our first condominium developments being built.  Throughout the town, we also have a large variety of buildings and homes that have been converted into beautiful condo living, in addition to those that were built as condos.  Price ranges in Portsmouth for condos vary from the low $100,000's to well over $1,000,000, and everything in between.  

Let me introduce you some of the complexes around town - this is a sampling, covering a variety of the price ranges mentioned above:

The Cedars Condominiums ~

These are 1 and 2 bedroom garden-style condos, most with balconies and having designated covered parking spots.  The complex has its own pool and tennis courts, along with an exercise clubhouse.  This complex is located in a very convenient location that's close to shopping, commuter routes, minutes to beaches and downtown.  

The prices here in The Cedars currently range from $119,900 to $149,900.

Springbrook Condominiums ~

Springbrook offers 2 bedroom 2 bath garden-style units, separate entrances into each unit, and have about 1100 sf of living space.  

Amenities here include a pool, tennis courts, children's playground area, and Springbrook has its own scenic pond as well - great for ice-skating in the winter. 

Springbrook is located very close to shopping, commuter routes, minutes to downtown, and the beaches and water activities are very close by as well.  Pricing in Springbrook currently ranges from $175,000 to $189,900.



Cedar Ridge Condominiums   

Cedar Ridge Condos offers a few garden-style condos with mostly townhouse-style units here.  

All are 2 bedroom and depending on the style, they have either 1 ½ or 2 baths.  Many of the units here have a one-car garage, and a couple of these units also have a finished 3^rd floor.   

Cedar Ridge is conveniently located for easy access to major commuter routes, and is just minutes to downtown Portsmouth.  Shopping, beaches, dining, etc. are just minutes from here as well.  The present price ranges in Cedar Ridge run from the high-$200,000's to $315,000.  Cedar Ridge won several awards based on their setting and design - and when you pull into Cedar Ridge it reminds you a quaint Victorian village surrounded by beautiful trees and shrubs.




Spinnaker Point Condominiums ~

Spinnaker Point is a one of the largest condo complexes in Portsmouth, and offers a variety of floorplans, including one-story and townhouse style units.  Many of the units have garages and some have fireplaces.  

Spinnaker Point is in a great location as you can walk to the downtown area from here, as well as within walking distance to shopping plazas with grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants, and more.  And it's in a super location for commuters, too.  

Residents of Spinnaker Point have access to a nice fitness club with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, etc.  Prices presently range from about $200,000 to close to $400,000, depending on the size of the unit and where it's located in the complex.

Tidewatch Condominiums ~

Tidewatch Condos were designed to look like a quaint Victorian village with their designs and setting.  They won several awards while they were being built because of that type of planning.  

There are several floorplans here, all with at least 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, all with attached garages.  Some of the units are on the water, Sagamore Creek ( really a river).  This complex offers very nice settings and landscaping, utilizing the natural landscape that was already part of the land when these were being built.  

Prices here have been ranging from $390,000 to the mid $600,000's, again pricing depends on the size of the unit and where within the complex it's located.

Porter Street Townhomes ~

These townhomes were built in 2004 right in the heart of downtown Portsmouth, and were built to resemble the elegant brick townhomes in the Back Bay of Boston.  Each unit has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and offer 3 story living with 1-car garages, which is rare in downtown.  

These units boast high-end amenities and finishing touches, and offer great downtown living.  Prices on these will run from the high-$700,000's to the mid-$800,000's or so.






Ten Congress St. Condominiums ~

Newly-built gorgeous high-end garden-style and townhouse condos right in the heart of Market Square in downtown Portsmouth.  

These units enjoy heated underground parking, gorgeous luxury appointments, elevator service, rooftop deck, and more.  

Nothing beats walking right out the front door to all that downtown has to offer - a wide variety of restaurants, outdoor cafes, shopping, galleries, and just great downtown strolling to the parks. Prices here range from the high $500,000's to $1,400,000 or so.
