WELCOME!! And thanks for visiting our site, and wanting to know a little bit about me.

I LOVE what I do, and that's helping buyers and sellers in the Seacoast areas of New Hampshire and southeastern Maine.  I've been doing just that for about 30 years right here in the Portsmouth area, so I’ve really gotten to know this market like the back of my hand.

My years of experience and my track record of success in the Portsmouth NH real estate market enable me to provide you in-depth knowledge of this area. The high level of integrity and complete honesty bred into me as a child enable you to put your trust in me to help YOU with your next real estate endeavors.

Believing fully in old-fashioned service combined with today’s technology to, we work hard to make every real estate transaction just as smooth as it can possibly be.  And Jim and I can make it a fun and enjoyable time as well!

I grew up in the Air Force, moving all about the country, and having to adapt to the changes each move brought.  Because of that, I know first hand what it’s like to pick up and move.  It’s not always easy, nor is it always a move someone really wants.

I work hard to ensure each move and home purchase/sale is as smooth and pleasant as it can be.  Moving and the home-buying and the home-selling process is stressful, and my goal is to take some of that stress away.

To make sure I continually offer the best real estate service I can, I always make it a point to attend educational sessions, and I’m very active in the REALTOR organization.  I’ve earned several designations and certifications through my on-going education:

REALTOR (member of the National Association of REALTORS – subscribing to a strict Code of Ethics in all real estate dealings);

e-PRO (training course that provides extensive education on working with internet-empowered consumers).

GRI (Graduate REALTORS Institute-a comprehensive educational program that provides additional education above that needed to earn a real estate license);

CBR (Certified Buyer Representative-this is a comprehensive training course with extensive education regarding representation of buyers in the home-buying process).

Within the REALTOR organization, I’ve been very active, and I work very hard to promote what we, as REALTORS, stand for……the protection of private property rights and the right to enjoy it.  I’ve served on various committees on my local level, as well as at the state level and the national level.  I’ve served as President of the NH Association of REALTORS, and I’ve been given the great honor of being chosen "State REALTOR of the Year" for the NH Association of REALTORS.

I LOVE what I do, both for buyers & sellers, and for REALTORS throughout my organization!
