Eliot, ME

Eliot is a small New England town located on the northern shore of the Piscataqua River which flows into the Atlantic Ocean a few miles away. Eliot was once a part of nearby Kittery but separated and became a town in 1810.

Modern day Eliot retains it New England charm and character. For history buffs the annual Eliot Antique Tractor & Engine Show is always a big hit. Held at the Raitt Homestead Farm Museum on the last weekend in July, all funds raised from this event go to support the Raitt Homestead Museum’s mission to keep our rural farming heritage alive for future generations,

Eliot students are served by Eliot Elementary School, and Marshwood Middle & High Schools in nearby south Berwick.
