Growing up as the daughter of an Air Force pilot, Ann moved often—learning to adapt quickly, meet new people, and find the feeling of “home” wherever the military sent her family. Jim also served in the Air Force and spent years living in different parts of the country. That sense of movement shaped us both—and taught us the value of finding a place that truly feels like yours.
After all those years of travel and transition, the New Hampshire Seacoast and southern Maine called to us in a way no other place had. The coastline, the community, the history, and the natural beauty—everything just felt right. Portsmouth quickly became more than a stop along the way; it became our forever home.
